Why should we work with you?
I am very structured and data driven in my approach (see attachment 1 & 2). My communication is absolutely transparent - there’s no you chasing me for updates. I am committed, always on time, reliable and dedicated. I am diving deep into your company & culture to best represent your employer brand. Be sure that I will translate your EVP into my candidate messaging and create the WOW factor in that candidate journey- no half-hearted agency recruiter outreach but spot on selling your company as employer of choice!
When can I expect candidates?
You can expect candidates to start engaging within two weeks after initiating the sourcing strategy. Our process involves reaching out to potential candidates through multiple channels and conducting prescreens to qualify them for further selection, ensuring a robust and efficient recruitment pipeline. Therefore, expect candidates rolling into your calendar 4 weeks after the kick-off meeting.
How do I receive updates?
I provide detailed progress reports on a regular basis, which include candidate pipelines (numbers!), interview schedules, and any challenges encountered. These reports ensure transparency and keep you informed of every step. You will receive these reports on a weekly basis.
What recruitment data will I receive?
When utilizing data-driven recruitment, you will receive several key data points throughout the talent acquisition funnel. This includes salary benchmarks to compare compensation packages, Feedback from both candidates and hiring managers to evaluate the recruitment process and improve future practices.
What recruitment materials will you produce?
In recruitment, the materials typically produced include candidate communication templates for consistent interactions, crystallized selling points of the company and role to attract candidates, job ads to advertise positions, and blogs and LinkedIn posts to enhance employer branding and engage with potential candidates.
