I offer different types of workshops along the Talent Attraction & Sourcing Lifecycle. Usually, it makes sense to customize the workshop individually to your needs and factors like your team (dedicated sourcers or 360° recruiters), your talent sourcing process, the level of expertise in your team (juniors, seniors, mixed), the jobs you find difficult to source for, and other factors.

FORMAT

Learning is great, implementing is better. My focus in my workshops lies on practicality.

Learning is a continuous process - you will have 12 months access to all content and recordings.

The duration of each workshop varies and depends on your needs. A typical workshop takes 3-5 hrs.
